Our family has really been enjoying being on the road for the last three months. We’ve logged a few thousand miles and have been to New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona and Utah.
But we have been feeling the Lord is telling us to slow down a bit for various reasons. We always try to be obedient to his will or he will do what He can to get our attention. We aren’t perfect by any means! Slowing down will benefit us for several reasons: planning on doing some renovations in the trailer (the brown and cream colors make our home feel dark), work on growing our businesses and rest. There will still be adventure, just not as often. This mama has way to much wandering in her blood!
Our family is super excited about this detour we’re taking. We have taken a park host job at an RV park in Wyoming for four months. Matt and I will do a combined 24 hours of work for a spot to park our RV and utilities. Plus there are more perks; we can come and go as we please allowing us to still travel, kayaking, canoeing and tubing down the river here. The kids will even get to be involved in working along side of us. It will help teach them more responsibility and the oldest can get high school credits We got the largest spot in the whole RV park. I haven’t had a garden in 3 years.
